Dear Jim and Robyn,

I am writing this to tell the two of you what an impact you’ve made in my life through your work. When I first met the two of you, I was a single mom buying my first home in AZ. I had no family here to help me, and two young little boys. You treated me like I had millions of dollars to spend, even though I didn’t. I had so many wants and wishes for my first home and when most might have laughed, you kept looking for our perfect home, and WE found it.  Fast-forward about five years. I’ve remarried, have one more son and we’ve outgrown our house. There was no choice in who to call, I said, “We will call my AZ real estate parents”.  Once again, we had certain expectations and you more then met them.

I’m telling you all of this because since the purchase of our home I’ve decided to go to real estate school and am proud to say I am almost done. This is something that was not always in my plan, however I feel if I can help one single mom, one family, one person the way you have both have helped us, then I will be a success. The two of you are more then just realtors. You are down to earth people who I am convinced are here to help others and do it in a way that makes your clients feel they are your only client out there.

It truly takes a special person to be able to go through one of the most stressful times in a person’s life and make it feel like a walk in a park. And that is just what the two of you do. You are a great team.

From the day I met them to the day we closed the Nuth's were wonderful.  They are a team in business that is GREAT.  They found the house of our dreams in 1 1/2 weeks.  They were flexible with their time.  Anytime I needed to go to the house, they met me there and unlocked the door.

There were interesting issues to deal with the house, it was part of an estate sale, it needed a new roof, trim work painted, the water heater didn't work, etc...  In less than a week, it was done, all of it.  Robyn & Jim are wonderful agents as well as good people.  They listened to me ramble about what I wanted, what I needed, and generally just my being a pain in the butt.  However, they did it!  Everything!  They kept me informed, they made sure work was done, They Are WONDERFUL!

I must first say, "it never felt like business" to me.  We looked at a couple of houses, and then found mine.  The search could have taken forever, and I wouldn't have minded, because the two of you were such fun.  The two of you were able to take something that I had been warned would be extremely stressful, and long, and make it "FUN" and might I add, "QUICK".

The journey of finding a home for my boys and I was quick, fun and basically painless.  I think that's part of why you both earned the title of my (honorary) parents.  You were honest with me, encouraging, and most of all very laid back, never pushy.

Just today, I had to call because of a question about my roof.  Jim was very calming, he talked to me, and then gave me a number of someone to talk to.

I will be back for my next home, unless the two of you are retired and vacationing on some quaint little island (haha).  And in that case, I feel safe to say you will have family members running your business.

I will and have given your cards to several people already!
